Sliding Fee Discount Program: Here at CRHPC we want to ensure that you get the healthcare you need regardless of your ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee discount program for all of the services we provide. Based on family size & income of 200% or below the federal poverty level. Ask to speak with our community resource coordinators to assist you with information that is needed in order to qualify. You can review the current Federal Poverty Guidelines by Clicking Here.
Transportation: Did you know that some health insurance plans cover transportation to and from your appointment? If not, CRHPC has partnered with transportation companies to help get you to and from your appointments for those that qualify. Talk with our coordinators to see how we can help you!
