Video Visits are available Mon-Fri during our normal business hours!
After hours Video Visits are available Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm, Saturday 8am-12pm, Sundays 12pm-4pm and Holidays 8am-12pm!
STARTING YOUR VIDEO VISIT
1. Check your service/internet connection, ensure you are in a well lit, quiet area
2. Click on the link provided in your email or text to "Join TeleVisit"
3. Allow access for your camera and microphone, ensure you have your volume turned up
4. You will be placed in our virtual waiting room for your provider to arrive. You may arrive
up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled Video Visit
